We created FreeUp because we believe transaction coordinators should adapt to the needs and wants of real estate agents while offering exceptional service to both the Agent and her Client. Meet the Team
Kaitlynn is our owner, founder, trainer, and leader. Kaitlynn has been licensed since July of 2022. She started her real estate journey as an 72 unit property manager then moved to being an office admin for the first brokerage she worked at. That sparked her interest for helping agents. Kaitlynn has always loved paperwork, organization, helping, and teaching so being a TC just came natural to her. About a year after she became the office admin she moved to a different brokerage. While she loves being an active Realtor®, she was bored, so FreeUp was born. In the first year of FreeUp, she closed 88 contracts and over 37 million in volume, all while being an active Realtor®, and running the farm. Kaitlynn is very active in The Chattanooga Women’s Council of Realtors® and served on the 2025 Board of Directors as the Event Director. She was also recognized as the 2025 Women’s Council of Realtors®, Realtor® of The Year as well as accepting a Multi-Million Dollar Producer award, The Community Award and The SimpliHom award from her brokerage. When Kaitlynn isn’t working you can find her working with her mini donkeys, raising goats, in her garden or canning. She is also an avid lake lover so she spends most her weekends on the lake with her husband Jake, and fur baby Cooper.

Michelle has been a licensed Realtor® in since 2023. Michelle loves to learn and lend a helping hand. She isn’t afraid to ask a question or counter what she thinks is incorrect. When she sets her mind to something, she reaches that goal no matter how hard. This dedication shows through not only in her work but her daily life. For Michelle, being a TC or a realtor isn’t a job, it is her calling to be there to help, lead people and give back to her community. Michelle is someone you can depend on no matter the need or circumstance. When Michelle isn’t working contracts, or giving back to her community you can find her spending time with her grand daughter, or traveling.

Madeline brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to the table. She started her career working with one of Chattanooga’s top 100 agents. Madeline is not only a dedicated professional but also a devoted wife and mother. She is a mom of two, daughter Logan Claire who is six, and son Noah who is one. She’s also a dog mom to a chocolate lab named Bocephus! She has first hand knowledge across all aspects of real estate, her family sold their home, purchased land and built their forever home on signal mountain which they sub contracted themselves! When Madeline isn’t working you can find her shopping, tanning, or swimming preferably at the beach!

Dawn brings 5 years of experience to the table. Her passion lies in the details and ensuring every deadline is met, making the closing process as smooth as possible for the agent and the client! Dawn is proudly detail obsessed and you can tell by her work that is true. Her goal is to help agents get to the closing table with confidence. Beyond her career, she a proud wife and mom of three talented kids who are baseball enthusiasts, gymnasts, and wrestlers. 90% of the time she has a movie quote for every situation .
