7. Verify receipt of documents with title agency and lender.
8. Weekly check in’s with all parties

9. Draft documents and ensure all parties have signed
10. Distribute documents as needed to involved parties
11. Send homeowners insurance reminder to Client.
12. Communicate transaction status to all parties.
13. Regular check-ins (voice-to-voice) with Agent.
14. Verify title agency and lender deadlines being met.
15. Ensure appraisal has been ordered and scheduled.
16. Order home warranty policy (if applicable)
17. Schedule closing date and time with Agent and Client.
18. Send utility contact sheet to Client.
19. Schedule final inspection with Agent and Client.
20. Verify all documents are fully executed and filed electronically.
21. Receive final executed settlement statement and copy to file.
22. Complete file audit.
23. Upload appropriate documents for Agent compliance.
