1.  Obtain contract documents from Agent.

2.  Review contract and supporting documents for accuracy and extrapolate important data.  

3.  Create transaction in Freeup TC platform.

4.  Establish transaction milestones and deadlines.

5.  Distribute introductory communication to all parties. 

6.  Open escrow and order title with title agency.

7.  Verify receipt of documents with title agency. 

8.  Verify receipt of earnest money deposit with holder.

9.  Send homeowners insurance reminder to Client.

10.  Communicate transaction status to all parties.

11.  Regular check-ins (voice-to-voice) with Agent.

12.  Verify title agency and lender deadlines being met.

13. Order home warranty policy (if applicable)

14. Schedule closing date and time with Agent and Client.

15.  Send utility contact sheet to Client.

16.  Schedule final inspection with Agent and Client.

17.  Verify all documents are fully executed and filed electronically.

18.  Receive final executed settlement statement and copy to file.

19.  Complete file audit.

20.  Upload appropriate documents for Agent compliance. 

21.  Upload and send all documents for Agent files.

22.  Submit Google review email on behalf of Agent to Client.

1.  Perform file audit and quality control review.

2.  Advise Agent of missing documents and/or missing signatures.

3.  Secure appropriate documents and signatures.

4.  Upload completed compliance documents to Agent system.

5.  Process Brokerage required commission forms for payment

2.  Enter listing into Agents MLS system.

6.  In-house peer review prior to activating listing.

7.   Update listing status to coming soon or active.

2. Create copies of both and place copies in Agent transaction file

3. Deliver to Agent/Brokerage.

Gift Delivery - $50

- Delivery closing gift to Clients new home

Closing Gift - $100-$300
